E-mail Outage starting 1st May, 2014. You are required to take backup of your emails

This is regarding an Email Outage that has affected all the IMAP and webmail clients who have saved their emails on the server. 
 
We have detected that one of the storage units which serves part of our email infrastructure has become non-operational causing email services for a subset of our customers to not function. We have immediately started a process of restoring access to this storage unit and our engineers are working dedicatedly to restore functionality to affected email accounts.
 
Surely, you have many questions, and we are hoping to answer a few of them below:
 
What are you doing to get my mail back?  
The removal of this data has made it very challenging to restore your messages. We are working with storage industry experts to reconstruct the data, work continues around the clock towards this end, but this is a very time consuming process, and it may take a few weeks to complete the entire process of recovery.
 
Are my messages gone forever?  
It is possible that some messages of your messages may be unrecoverable, however at this time we have not completed our work on the restoration.  We will continue working on our recovery efforts, with an eye towards restoring as many messages.
 
Should I be worried that this is going to happen again?
The error that occurred was highly unusual.  We are carefully analyzing what happened and are implementing additional safeguards to prevent this particular event from reoccurring.
 
NOTE: POP3 users are instructed not to delete their mail format once they download the mails onto their local system. In order to take a backup of all older emails on your personal computer, you can check out the links provided below:

[URGENT] Network Connectivity Issue from India to US route

This is to inform you that we are facing connectivity issues with our US servers because of the troubles associated with the Indian ISP network.

We are performing scheduled network maintenance to upgrade IOS of the existing core switches which will cover some of the security concerns that the network had. Further, this will provide added security and more stability to the network in future.

Time– 2 hours, from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Expected Downtime: As such, there will be no downtime during this update but you may experience some network fluctuations during scheduled window.

URGENT: Emergency Migration of lnx8-u.securehostdns.com Starting Now

We are migrating the lnx8-u.securehostdns.com shared linux server on an urgent basis, as a major criticality has been found with the database storage engine.

Migration Description: During this time, we will be migrating data and sites to a new and powerful server with better hardware.

Migration Date: Migration has already started.

Migration Time: The migration would expectedly be completed by tomorrow 7 PM.

There will be no data loss during this period, still we request you not to upload anything on the server/website during the migration process.

Expected Downtime: As such, there will be no downtime for your website and email. But in case of technical issues, there may be a downtime of 3 to 4 hrs.

Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. Lnx25.securehostdns.com will have new shared IP as “64.31.12.11” after Midnight

This is in reference to the announcement made earlier today regarding Name Server IPs of Lnx25.securehostdns.com being changed.

Lnx25.securehostdns.com will have new shared IP as “64.31.12.11” after Midnight. If you are using A records for website/ftp/mail then change it from IP 74.63.229.131 to “64.31.12.11”.  This is the case when you are using private/child name servers  and not  ZNet name servers. Customers using ZNet name servers need not make any update.

The network maintenance will take only 2 to 4 hours and there will be no downtime with sites/mail in this task. However, some network fluctuations or latency may be experienced during the timeperiod of IP change.
