Urgent : virlnx3.securehostdns.com server down today. Work in progress.

This is to inform you that we are getting disk issue on virlnx3.securehostdns.com server, due to that VPSs on this server also got disconnected.

We need to run fsck on the server which will take time to recover file system.

Expected Downtime: We are expecting  3 to 4 hrs. downtime during which the issue will be resolved.

Windows update on IndianHyperV-07 server scheduled on April 24th, 2015.

This is to inform you that we are getting issue of iSCSI disconnect on Indian-HyperV-07 Server due which our VPSs running on this server are getting disconnected/rebooted. This issue has already been escalated to Microsoft.

We need to shut down all the VPSs which are running on this server till this activity would be finished. This may take around 2 to 5 hours depending on the list of available Windows Updates and their sizes.

Activity Date: Friday i.e. 24th April, 2015.

Activity Time: 2:00 AM IST.

Expected Downtime: We are expecting 2 to 5 hours. downtime during this activity.

Issue severity: Highly Critical

File System Issue on PleskIDC-02 Server Today

This is to bring to your notice that we have been facing slow disk I/O latency for some time, and we are trying to recover it.  Also, there is some inconsistency in the file system and the system files and so we are rebuilding the disk. It may take some time to resolve this. We regret the inconvenience.

Due to some disk performance issues, the response is very slow and hence, we need some more time to live the server. Once it becomes live, we shall migrate the whole data to a new fresh server. Kindly bear with us.

Update-1:

Server is up but responding very slow. We are still working on it.

Update-2:

Disk is again un-responsive. We are migrating the server.

Update-3:

Mail services will resume in next 2 hours.

Update-4:

Websites are up now. Mail services will resume shortly.

Update-5:

Mail data has been recovered. Mail service started partially and will resume completely in next few hours.

Update-6:

All the services has been resumed now.

Emergency Maintenance on PleskIDC-02, PleskIDC-03, PleskIDC-04, WebIDC-02, SQLPleskIndia-01Servers Today

This is to inform you that as we are facing certain speed related issues on our PleskIDC-02, PleskIDC-03, PleskIDC-04, WebIDC-02 and SQLPleskIndia-01 servers, so we are upgrading the system drivers.

IMPORTANT: During this upgrade, services for these servers like SQL, mail and web  would remain down.

We are expecting this to finish within an hour but in case of any technical issue, it may extend.

We regret the inconvenience caused.

It may take couple of hours.
