Issue: We are facing PDU Device failure on our Base Machine: MB-04.
Affected Services: IDB2, IDCMail-02, BwinDB servers are down. Hence websites related to these database servers and mail services are down.

Resolution: Our DC team is working on replacement of PDU device.
Expected Down Time: Currently there is no ETA though we are trying to resolve the issue asap.
Support: Our technical support is fully staffed.
Status: Servers are UP now. We are resuming services.
