Migration of SharedMail3 server from Thursday, January 5th, 2017 to Friday, January 6th, 2017.
This is to inform you that one of our servers- SharedMail3 is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Thursday, 5th January, 2017
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Thursday, January 5th, 2017, at 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Friday, January 6th, 2017, till 6:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity server hardware and IP pool will be change and email services will be completely down.
Expectations from you:
If you are using our hosting name servers then you should not do any changes from your side.
Note: If you are not using our hosting name servers then you have to update mail server IP in your DNS server when migration start :
Old Mail server IP: 216.144.240.40
New Mail server IP: 202.66.173.111
For configure outlook or other email client use : mail.domainname or sharedmail3.securehostdns.com
Important: Do not use IP address for configure outlook and other email client.
Expected Downtime: 4 – 6 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
