Rescheduling migration of MSSQL-MYSQL5 database server from Sunday, 19th February, 2017 to Monday, 20th February, 2017.
This is to inform you that one of our servers- MSSQL-MYSQL5 is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Saturday, 14th January, 2017
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Saturday, January 14th, 2017, at 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Sunday, January 15th, 2017, till 5:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity, we will be changing Server hardware as well as IP pool.
Expectations from you:
If you are using below connection string your code then you do not need to update anything at your end.
Database connection String:
MSSQL : sharedmssql5.znetindia.net,1234
Important: Do not use your old IP addresses in database connection string. During and after the migration, use the above connection strings in your code.
Expected Downtime: 5 – 7 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.

We have postponed the migration activity schedule for next two weeks due to Internet connectivity issue at ISP level.
