Upgradation of IDCMail3 server from Monday, December 31st, 2018 to Tuesday, January 1st, 2019.
This is to inform you that one of our servers- IDCMail3 is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Monday, December 31st , 2018
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on Monday, December 31st, 2018, at 07:00 PM IST and will complete by Tuesday, January 1st, 2019, till 11:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity server hardware and IP pool will be change and email services will be completely down.

Expectations from you:
If you are using our hosting name servers then you should not do any changes from your side.
Note: If you are not using our hosting name servers then you have to update mail server IP in your DNS server when migration start :
Old Mail server IP: 103.247.96.186
New Mail server IP: 202.66.174.17
For outlook configuration or other email client use : mail.domainname or IDCMail3.znetlive.com
Important: Do not use IP address for outlook configuration and other email client use.
Expected Downtime: 10 – 12 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
