IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION: Discontinuation of the Backup Service feature
This is to inform you about the discontinuation of Free NAS Backup Service feature. This service will be discontinued effective from 15 January 2020 in an effort to deliver more secure and high-performance backup service.
In this age of cyber-attacks, free NAS backup cannot provide your organization with complete data security. Hence, our technical team strongly recommends that you switch over from Free Backup Service to more advanced and feature-rich Acronis* Backup Service. It’s a cost-effective cloud-based backup solution. Go through the resource links shared below to know more about Acronis.
PS: The NAS Backup Service will be deactivated along with DC in-house developed software Backup Agent. However, you will still be able to use your Storage Boxes till 15 January 2020.
