Migration of Blinux-u.securehostdns.com server on 12th February,2015, starting at 6:00 PM to 19th February, 2015 till 11:00 PM
This is to inform you that one of our shared servers – Blinux-u.securehostdns.com is upgrading with the better hardware in order to provide you better performance & more stable network.
Migration Description: During this time, we will be migrating the data and sites to a new and powerful server with better hardware.
Migration Date: Thursday i.e. 12th February 2015.
Migration Time: The migration will start on Thursday i.e. 12th February 2015 at 6:00 PM IST and will be completed on Thursday i.e. 19th February 2015 by 11:00 PM IST.
Expectations from you: If you are using IP for FTP, Mail and Outlook then please change it as follows:
208.115.218.194 to 63.143.55.82
Important: There will be no data loss in this period, still we request you to please take the backup at your end from your cPanel > Files > Backup Wizard.
Please don’t upload anything on server/website during the migration process.
If you are using name servers other than blinux1.securehostdns.com, blinux2.securehostdns.com, blinuxns3.securehostdns.com, blinuxns4.securehostdns.com for your websites then please makes the following changes in your DNS file:
domain.com A 63.143.55.83
www.domain.com A 63.143.55.83
ftp.domain.com A 63.143.55.83
mail.domain.com A 63.143.55.83
If you are using Blinux-u.securehostdns.com name servers (blinux1.securehostdns.com, blinux2.securehostdns.com, blinuxns3.securehostdns.com, blinuxns4.securehostdns.com), then you don’t need to change anything.
For Child Name Servers or Private Name servers: Please modify IPs in your domain panel as we are using new IPs for name server on new server.

Expected Downtime: As such, there will be no downtime for your website and email. But in case of technical issues, we are expecting downtime of 6-12 hrs.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
