Migration of database server SQLplesk2 from Tuesday, December 27th, 2016, to Wednesday, December 28th, 2016.
This is to inform you that one of our servers- SQLplesk2 is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Tuesday, 27th December, 2016
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Tuesday, December 27th, 2016, at 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Wednesday, December 28th, 2016, till 4:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity, we will be changing Server hardware as well as IP pool.
Expectations from you:
If you are using below hostname for connect to your database then you do not need to update anything from your end.
SQL hostname
MSSQL2008R2 : Sqlplesk2.securehostdns.com
Note : If you are using IP address instead of hostname then please update connection string before migration.
Expected Downtime: 4 – 6 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
