Migration of reseller server – blinux-u.securehostdns.com from Wednesday, 16th November, 2016 to Sunday, 20th November, 2016.
This is to inform you that one of our reseller servers- blinux-u.securehostdns.com is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Wednesday, 16th November, 2016
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Wednesday, 16 Nov, 2016 at 6:00 PM IST and will be completed by Sunday, 20 Nov 2016 till 11:00 PM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity, we will be migrating your data and sites to a new and powerful server with better hardware.
Expectations from you:
If you are using IP for FTP, Mail & Outlook, then please change it to 103.35.165.145
If you are using name servers other than blinux1.securehostdns.com, blinux2.securehostdns.com, blinuxns3.securehostdns.com, blinuxns4.securehostdns.com for your websites, then please make the following changes in your DNS file:

www.domain.com A 103.35.165.144
ftp.domain.com A 103.35.165.144
mail.domain.com A 103.35.165.144
If you are using blinux-u.securehostdns.com name servers (blinux1.securehostdns.com, blinux2.securehostdns.com, blinuxns3.securehostdns.com, blinuxns4.securehostdns.com), then you don’t need to change anything.
For Child Name Servers or Private Name servers, please modify IPs in your domain panel as we are using new IPs for name server on new server.

Important: There will be no data loss during this process. However, we request you to take the backup at your end from your cPanel > Files > Backup Wizard. Please don’t upload anything on server/website during the migration process.
Expected Downtime: As such, there will be no downtime for your website and email. But in case any technical issue occurs, then there may be a downtime of 6 to 12 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
