Migration of Web-09 server from Saturday, December 17th, 2016 to Sunday, December 18th, 2016.
This is to inform you that one of our servers- Web-09 is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Saturday, December 17th, 2016
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Saturday, December 17th, 2016, at 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Sunday, December 18th, 2016, till 5:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity, we will be changing Server hardware as well as IP pool.
Expectations from you:
If you are using our hosting name servers then you should not do any changes from your side.
Note: Clients who pointed Website via A-records from other DNS servers need to update A-record of Website:
Old Website IP: 208.115.207.112
New website IP: 202.66.173.68
Database connection String:
MYSQL hostname : web-09.znetlive.in
MSSQL2008R2 : sharedmssql3.znetindia.net,1234
Mail Server settings :
Email server: mail.yourdomainname or Sharedmail2.securehostdns.com
Important: Do not use IP address in database connection string, FTP or configure outlook and other email client.
Expected Downtime: 5 – 7 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.

First Update:-
We have postponed the migration activity scheduled for this week, due to the severe cyclone at Chennai coast. We were facing internet speed issue during the beginning of the migration activity, as cyclone Vardah has crippled different services and has impacted network services too.
We will update you about our next migration schedule, shortly via second update.
