We’re performing scheduled Data Center maintenance that will impact access to our Znetlive.com website and customer portal.

Maintenance window:

• 20 Sept 2025, 10:30 PM – 21 Sept 2025, 7:00 AM IST

Impact:

• znetlive.com and manage.znetlive.com (customer portal) may be inaccessible during the window.
• No impact to your services with ZNet (email, cloud, etc.). Everything will continue to run normally.

Expected downtime:

• A 6-7 hour physical migration will occur within the window.

Why this is happening:
To enhance platform resilience and performance.

Do I need to do anything?
No action is required. If you plan to make changes via the portal, please schedule them outside the window.
