Upgradation of blnx3.securehostdns.com Reseller server on Thursday, 8th November, 2018

This is to inform you that one of our Reseller servers – blnx3.securehostdns.com is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.

Upgradation Description: During this time, we will be migrating the data and sites to a new and powerful server with better hardware.

Upgradation Date: Thursday, 8th November, 2018.

Upgradation Time: The migration will start on Thursday, 8th November, 2018 at 8:00 PM IST and will get complete by 11:30 PM IST.

Expectations from you:

If you are using IP for FTP, Mail & Outlook, then please change it to 202.66.174.165 after migration.

If you are using name servers other than blinuxns5.securehostdns.com and blinuxns6.securehostdns.com for your websites, then please make the following changes in your DNS file:

domain.com                       A                202.66.174.165

www.domain.com            A                 202.66.174.165

ftp.domain.com                A                 202.66.174.165

mail.domain.com             A                 202.66.174.165

If you are using blnx3.securehostdns.com name servers (blinuxns5.securehostdns.com and blinuxns6.securehostdns.com), then you don’t need to change anything.

For Child Name Servers or Private Name servers, please modify IPs in your domain panel as we are using new IPs for name server on new server.

Note: There will be no data loss during this process, However, we request you to take the backup at your end from your cPanel > Files > Backup Wizard. Please don’t upload anything on server/website during the migration process.

Expected Downtime: As such, there will be no downtime for your website and email. But in case any technical issue occurs, then there may be a downtime of 6 to 12 hours.

Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process.
