Upgradation of IDCSQL3 server from Sunday, 30th December, 2018 to Monday, 31st December, 2018.
This is to inform you that one of our servers- IDCSQL3 is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Sunday, 30th December,2018
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on Sunday, 30th December,2018, at 07:00 PM IST and will complete by Monday, 31st December,2018, till 10:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity, we will be changing Server hardware as well as IP pool.

Expectations from you:
If you are using below hostname to connect to your database then you do not need to update anything from your end.
SQL hostname
MSSQL : IDCSQL3.znetlive.com,1234
Note : If you are using IP address instead of hostname then please update connection string before migration.
Expected Downtime: 4 – 6 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcement section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
