Upgradation of resellerlinux.cloudhostdns.net Reseller server on Saturday, 8th December, 2018
This is to inform you that one of our Reseller servers – resellerlinux.cloudhostdns.net is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Description: During this time, we will be migrating the data and sites to a new and powerful server with better hardware.
Upgradation Date: Saturday, 8th December, 2018.
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on Saturday, 8th December, 2018 at 6:00 PM IST and will complete by Sunday, 9th December, 2018 till 6:00 AM IST.
Expectations from you:
If you are using IP for FTP, Mail & Outlook, then please change it to 202.66.174.190 after migration.
If you are using name servers other than resellerlinux1.cloudhostdns.net and resellerlinux2.cloudhostdns.net for your websites, then please make the following changes in your DNS file:
domain.com A 202.66.174.190
www.domain.com A 202.66.174.190
ftp.domain.com A 202.66.174.190
mail.domain.com A 202.66.174.190
If you are using “resellerlinux.cloudhostdns.net” name servers (resellerlinux1.cloudhostdns.net and resellerlinux2.cloudhostdns.net), then you don’t need to change anything.
For Child Name Servers or Private Name servers, please modify IPs in your domain panel as we are using new IPs for name server on new server.

Note: There will be no data loss during this process, However, we request you to take the backup at your end from your Plesk panel. Please don’t upload anything on server/website during the migration process.
Expected Downtime: As such, there will be no downtime for your website and email. But in case any technical issue occurs, then there may be a downtime of 6 to 12 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process.
