This is to notify you that an urgent maintenance activity will be carried out on our server hardware to provide you with better performance as per the schedule mentioned below:

Scheduled Activity Time: 11:30 P.M. to 3:30 A.M.
Expected downtime: 4 to 6 Hours
Important: We have found some disk faulty issue that will require an immediate attention to scan and repair.
There will be no data loss during this process. However, we request you to take the backup at your end from your cPanel > Files > Backup Wizard.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the maintenance. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of the maintenance process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the maintenance, as it will slow down the process.
