[URGENT] Requesting immediate password change for prevention from security vulnerabilities.

This is to inform you that as per our security policies, we need to update our systems with best security mechanisms and keep our systems updated  up-to-the minute. To this effect, we are employing updated security mechanisms on all our servers and panels. Your member panel- ON, server access, hosting panel access, domain panel access, ftp user, database users, mail users etc. also need to be updated as a part of this security enhancement drive and thus, we request you to please change your member panel and server RDP/SSH login details on priority.

Urgent: Microsoft office 365 Service Degradation on June 24th, 2015

This is to inform you that an issue is going on with Microsoft office 365 Services.

Date: Wednesday, 24th June, 2015

User Experience: Affected users are unable to change their password on htps://portal.office365.com. If an administrator creates a new user, that user will be unable to modify their password.

Customer Impact: A few customers are reporting that they are experiencing this issue. Administrators are unable to change passwords for the Customer Management Portal.

Current Status: Engineers are continuing to analyse service logs in order to formulate a remediation plan.

DC Network Maintenance Window

Scheduled a maintenance window in order to perform firmware updates on several pairs of core network switches which transit traffic within our facility. Working with Cisco, we have identified major flaws in the firmware running on the affected Nexus 9300/9500 switches and Cisco has advised that a firmware update is necessary to resolve the issues. The software flaws affecting these switches results in unpredictable routing behavior, so it is possible that during the maintenance while we shift traffic off the affected switches to perform the upgrade, there may be a brief 5-10 minute period of intermittent packet loss or additional latency. We are doing everything we can to minimize this possibility, and we hope to keep customer impact to an absolute minimum. The maintenance window to perform this work has been scheduled for Friday, June 12th, 2015 from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM IST.

Urgent: Attack on DNS Server Today

This is to inform you that we are currently facing an attack on OrderBox DNS servers, on account of which the DNS records (A, MX, PTR, etc…) could not be fetched.

This is to inform you that we are getting disk issue on “virlnx3.securehostdns.com” server, due to which there is high disk I/O. We need to run  disk utility on server which will take some time to recover file system.

Expected Downtime: We are expecting 1 to 2 hrs. downtime during which this issue will be resolved.
