This is to inform you that an issue is going on with Microsoft office 365 Services.
Date: Wednesday, 24th June, 2015
User Experience: Affected users are unable to change their password on htps://portal.office365.com. If an administrator creates a new user, that user will be unable to modify their password.
Customer Impact: A few customers are reporting that they are experiencing this issue. Administrators are unable to change passwords for the Customer Management Portal.
Current Status: Engineers are continuing to analyse service logs in order to formulate a remediation plan.
