Issue: We are facing DDoS attack on the server and due to which we are not able to provide proper services to our clients. Due to sophistication of the attack it is taking time to get to the root of the problem.
Affected Services: Server: lnx9.cloudhostdns.net is effected and services running on this server, are completely in-accessible.
Expected Down Time: We are expecting it to be resolved in next 5-7 Hours.
Support: Our CRM and Technical support is fully staffed.
Update: We have been monitoring our server since night and we don’t see any issue now. Website’s A record has been changed. Those who are not using ZNET’s name servers or using custom name servers, can update website’s A records as: 22.214.171.124

New IP: 188.8.131.52
Issue seems resolved though we are still monitoring the server.
Update-2 (3/4/2016): We have again started facing issue and coordinating with DC to mitigate this issue permanently.
Update-3 (4/4/2016): Issue seems resolved and from yesterday evening we not received any attack.
