Hardware Upgradation of Database/Mail/DNS server on 21st Feb at 10:00 PM
We are doing hardware upgradation of our Database/Mail/DNS server to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Description: During this process, we will be changing the server hardware as well as IP pool.
Upgradation Date: Feb 21st, 2014.
Time: The changes will start on Friday, Feb 21st, 2014, 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Saturday, Feb 22nd, 2014, 1:00 AM IST.
Expectations from you: If you are using our hosting name servers, then you should not do any changes for mail services from your side.
The name server IPs are being changed and clients who are using their own name servers (custom name servers) need to make the following changes :
Old Name server IP
NS43.znetindia.com 174.37.194.68
NS43.znetindia.com 174.37.194.68
New Name server IP
NS43.znetindia.com 64.31.61.72
NS43.znetindia.com 64.31.61.73
If you pointed your mail services through A-records then you have to update mail server IP.
Mail Server information :
Old Mail server IP – 208.43.91.170
New mail server IP – 64.31.61.67
NOTE : Database hostname will be same as old. If you are using IP address, then please use below hostname so after migration you will not face any database connection error.

MSSQL2008 :- sharedmssql.znetindia.net,1234
MSSSQL2005 :- sharedmssql.znetindia.net,1235
Expected Downtime: There may be a downtime of equal to or less than 2 hours.
