Update2: There is a disk corruption occurred due to RAID failure. Data Recovery is in progress.
Update3: Most of server and services up but still some customer’s account data corrupted and data not recovered yet.
Our Data recovery team is trying to recover all data without loss but process may take some more time.
But customer who having data backup at local end can reupload from his end and start account till process not complete.
We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience caused.
Update: 01/09/2016: Data has been recovered and we are restoring it. This will take another couple of hours. Kindly keep checking this update.
