Migration of MailMx mail server from Saturday, November 26th, 2016 to Sunday, November 27th, 2016.
This is to inform you that one of our servers- Mailmx is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Saturday, 26th November, 2016
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Saturday, November 26th, 2016, at 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Sunday, November 27th, 2016, till 6:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity, server hardware and IP pool will change and email services will remain inaccessible.
Expectations from you:
If you are using our hosting name servers then you should not do any changes from your side.
Note: If you are not using our hosting name servers then you have to update mail server IP in your DNS server when migration start :
Old Mail server IP: 69.162.107.87
New Mail server IP: – 202.66.173.37
For configure outlook or other email client use : mail.domainname or mail.znetindia.net
Important: Do not use IP address for configure outlook and other email client.
Expected Downtime: 5 – 7 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
