Migration of reseller server-blnx3.securehostdns.com : Monday, 21st November, 2016 to Friday, 25th November, 2016 .

This is to inform you that one of our Reseller server- blnx3.securehostdns.com is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.

Upgradation Date: Monday, 21st November, 2016.

Upgradation Time: The migration will start on Monday, 21st November, 2016  and will be completed by Friday, 25th November, 2016 .

Upgradation Description: During this time, we will be migrating the data and sites to a new and powerful server with better hardware.

Expectations from you:

If you are using IP for FTP, Mail & Outlook, then please change it to  103.35.165.183.

If you are using name servers other than blinuxns5.securehostdns.com, blinuxns6.securehostdns.com for your websites, then please make the  following changes in your DNS file:

domain.com               A          103.35.165.184

www.domain.com                  A          103.35.165.184

ftp.domain.com                      A          103.35.165.184

mail.domain.com                    A          103.35.165.184

If you are using blnx3.securehostdns.com name servers (blinuxns5.securehostdns.com, blinuxns6.securehostdns.com), then you don’t need to change anything.

For Child Name Servers or Private Name servers, please modify IPs in your domain panel as we are using new IPs for name server on new server.

Important: There will be no data loss during this process. However, we request you to take the backup at your end from your cPanel >    Files > Backup Wizard. Please don’t upload anything on server/website during the migration process.

Expected Downtime: As such, there will be no downtime for your website and email. But in case any technical issue occurs, then there may be a downtime of 6 to 12 hours.

Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
