Migration of SharedMail2 server from Friday, November 19th, 2016 to Saturday, November 19th, 2016.

This is to inform you that one of our servers- SharedMail2 is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Friday, 18th November, 2016
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Friday, November 18th, 2016, at 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Saturday, November 19th, 2016, till 6:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity, server hardware and IP pool will change and email services will remain inaccessible.
Expectations from you:
If you are using our hosting name servers then you should not do any changes from your side.
Note: If you are not using our hosting name servers then you have to update mail server IP in your DNS server when migration start :
Old Mail server IP: 63.143.47.121
New Mail server IP: 202.66.173.12
For configure outlook or other email client use : mail.domainname or sharedmail2.securehostdns.com
Important: Do not use IP address for configure outlook and other email client.
Expected Downtime: 6 – 8 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.

Update: We had tried to complete the migration but due to some technical limitations, we couldn’t perform this activity within time frame of the schedule taken hence we are again re-scheduling this activity on Tuesday 22th Nov, 2016 at 10:30 PM IST and it is expected to be completed by 6:30 AM on Wednesday 21th Nov, 2016.
