Rescheduling migration of database server SQLplesk5 from Sunday,12th February, 2017 to Monday,13th February, 2017.
This is to inform you that one of our servers- SQLplesk5 is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Wednesday, 4th January, 2017
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Wednesday, January 4th, 2017, at 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Thursday, January 5th, 2017, till 4:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity, we will be changing Server hardware as well as IP pool.
Expectations from you:
If you are using below hostname to connect to your database then you do not need to update anything from your end.
SQL hostname
MSSQL : Sqlplesk5.securehostdns.com,1533
Note : If you are using IP address instead of hostname then please update connection string before migration.
Expected Downtime: 4 – 6 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
