Rescheduling migration of SharedMail4 server from Thursday, 9th February, 2017 to Friday,10th February, 2017.
This is to inform you that one of our servers- SharedMail4 is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.
Upgradation Date: Tuesday, 17th January, 2017.
Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Tuesday, January 17th, 2017, at 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Wednesday, January 18th, 2017, till 6:00 AM IST.
Upgradation Description: During this activity, we will be changing Server hardware and IP pool as well as email services will remain inaccessible.
Expectations from you:
If you are using our hosting name servers then you should not do any changes from your side.
Note: If you are not using our hosting name servers then you have to update mail server IP in your DNS server when migration start :
Old Mail server IP: 216.245.196.9
New Mail server IP: 202.66.173.166
For configure outlook or other email client use : mail.domainname or sharedmail4.securehostdns.com
Important: Do not use IP address for configure outlook and other email client.
Expected Downtime: 4 – 6 hours.
Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as it will slow down the migration process.
