Scheduled Hardware Maintenance Activity at Mumbai facility from 9th to 11th September
This is to inform you that a hardware maintenance activity will be carried out for the hypervisor machine at the Mumbai facility to provide you with better performance.
The maintenance schedule is as mentioned below:
Scheduled activity date: 9th Sep – 11th Sep. i.e. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Scheduled activity time: 10:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.
Expected downtime: 1 Hour
During this activity, none of the VPS services will be available. So, please do not make any changes during the schedule of this activity.
IMPORTANT: The base machines will undergo maintenance one day at a time. So you’ll experience downtime on only one of the three days mentioned in the announcement. The day of maintenance for you will be notified via email.
