Upgradation of lnxind3.cloudhostdns.net shared server on Saturday, 20th October, 2018

This is to inform you that one of our shared servers – lnxind3.cloudhostdns.net is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with improved performance and a more stable network.

Upgradation Description: During this time, we will be migrating the data and sites to a new and powerful server, with better hardware.

Upgradation Date: Saturday, 20th October, 2018.

Upgradation Time: The upgradation will start on Saturday, 20th October, 2018 at 8:00 PM IST and will be completed by 11:30 PM IST.

Expectations from you: If you are using IP for FTP, Mail & Outlook, then please change it to 202.66.174.32 after migration.

Important: There will be no data loss in this period, but still we request you to take the backup at your end from your cPanel > Files > Backup Wizard.

Please don’t upload anything on server/website during the migration process.

If you are using name servers other than lnxind31.cloudhostdns.net and lnxind32.cloudhostdns.net for your websites, then please make the following changes in your DNS file:

 domain.com A  202.66.174.32

 www.domain.com A 202.66.174.32

 ftp.domain.com A 202.66.174.32

 mail.domain.com A 202.66.174.32

If you are using name servers (lnxind31.cloudhostdns.net and lnxind32.cloudhostdns.net) of our server “lnxind3.cloudhostdns.net” in your domain, then you don’t need to change anything.

For Child Name Servers or Private Name servers, please modify IPs in your domain panel as we are using new IPs for name server on new server.

Expected Downtime: As such, there will be no downtime for your website and email. But in case any technical issue occurs, then there may be a downtime of 6 to 12 hours.

Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the upgradation process. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process.
