Upgradation of wpmanaged.cloudhostdns.net shared server on Wednesday, 6th March 2019

This is to inform you that one of our shared server – wpmanaged.cloudhostdns.net is being upgraded with better hardware in order to provide you with better performance and a more stable network.

Upgradation Description: During this time, we will be migrating the data and sites to a new and powerful server with better hardware.

Upgradation Date: Wednesday, 6th March, 2019.

Upgradation Time: The migration will start on Wednesday, 6th March, 2019 at 7:00 PM IST and will be completed by Wednesday, 6th March, 2019 till 11:30 PM IST.

Expectations from you: If you are using IP for FTP, Mail & Outlook, then please change it to 202.66.175.79 after migration.

Important: There will be no data loss in this period, but still we request you to take the backup at your end from your Plesk > Backup Manager.

Please don’t upload anything on server/website during the migration process.

If you are using name servers other than wpmanaged1.cloudhostdns.net and wpmanaged2.cloudhostdns.net for your websites, then please make the following changes in your DNS file:

domain.com            A           103.48.51.231

www.domain.com  A           103.48.51.231

ftp.domain.com      A           103.48.51.231

mail.domain.com    A           103.48.51.231

If you are using name servers (wpmanaged1.cloudhostdns.net and wpmanaged2.cloudhostdns.net) of our server “wpmanaged.cloudhostdns.net” in your domain, then you don’t need to change anything.

For Child Name Servers or Private Name servers, please modify IPs in your domain panel as we are using new IPs for name server on new server.

Expected Downtime: As such, there will be no downtime for your website and email. But in case of technical issues, we are expecting a downtime of 6 to 12 hours.

Communication Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will keep posting periodic updates in the announcements section and on znetlivestatus.com to keep you fully informed of the status of migration process.
