[Update 3, 02 Oct ] : As we have faced the File System corruption on server, we have already tried to repair it but unfortunately it did not help us to recover the server, so we have started to recover the whole server from available last backup.
Some of the Domain/Websites are restored and working fine, as well restoration process still going on for the remaining Domain/Website, Your patience will be highly appreciated.
