2. Implementation of DNSSEC for .UK
3. .ES EPP enhancements

Maintenance Date: Tuesday, 2nd February 2016
Maintenance Time: 9:00 AM -09:30 AM (03:30 AM GMT -04:00 AM GMT)
Expected Maintenance Time: 30 minutes
Though the scheduled maintenance window is of 30 minutes, you may face intermittent connectivity issues for around 10 minutes or less.
Affected Services: During the above-mentioned scheduled maintenance window, the actions that require registry connections will be affected like domain name registrations, renewals, name server modifications, contact modifications.
Thus, we advise you to carry out those actions that require a connection to the registry, on domain orders, post this maintenance.

Expected Down Time: Currently there is no ETA though we are trying to resolve the issue asap.

Service Tax Rate Revised From 14% To 14.50% w.e.f. November 15, 2015
This is to inform you that the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue has revised Service Tax Rate from 14% to 14.50%, which has become effective from November 15, 2015.
The revision in the tax rate is to levy SWACHH BHARAT CESS @ 0.5%.
Important-After 15th November, 2015 for any products or services due for renewal or for payment of any new product or order, the service tax of 14.50% will be levied.

Urgent: Network Issue (DC-India)
Issue: We are getting packet drop issue from ISP end at our India DC. Our DC team is coordinating with ISP to get it resolved.
Expected Down Time: Since this issue is unexpected, we assume that it would take some longer time to resolve this issue. However, we are trying to resolve this issue asap.
Affected Servers: Entire network is affected.
Status: Solved
Support: Our customer support service and technical support service are fully functional at Chat, telephone and tickets.
Update-1: Network is resumed but there are still some packet loss. Hence you may face some slowness issue for now. We are still active on this issue.
Update-2: Network seems stable for now. Still we are monitoring the situation. We will perform an activity in night hours which may take around 30 mins – 45 mins to permanently resolve this issue (Services will be interrupted during the maintenance).
Update-3: Network issue is resolved. We are observing the performance.

Scheduled Hardware Upgradation On Indian IDC Server: October24, 2015

This is to inform you that a scheduled hardware upgradation has been planned for our database server IndianIDC (202.165.152.208) to provide you with better performance & more stable network.
Upgradation Description: During this, we will be changing server hardware as well as IP pool. To this effect database/ftp connectivity will be down but websites will be live during migration.
Upgradation Details:
Schedule Date: Saturday, October 24th, 2015.
Schedule Time: 11:00 PM, IST- 8:00 AM, IST.
Expected downtime: 6 hours or lesser.
Server Name : IndianIDC.
Services which will be affected: Mail and Database services will be down.
Important: All respective IP’s of server will change, but if you are using our provided SQL hostname then no need to modify anything at your end.

NOTE :-
1. You have to update above connection string in your code in next 48 hours, so that after migration your website application will not be down.
2. Do not create or upload any database between migration time.
3. We do not recommend you to use IP address in database connection instead of our provided hostname.
4. If you are not using our provided name servers and point website through A-records then you need to update A-records of your domains once migration process starts, so after migration, website will start working from new server.
