Emergency: File System Corrupted: PleskIDC-05

Dear Customer,

We are facing file corruption issue of operating system partition for one of our Indian Reseller server name: PleskIDC-05.

All the service running on this server: MySQL, SmarterMail, Web Services, DNS are down.

Our team is working on this to resume the services.

We are expecting it to resume in next 1-2 hours.

{Urgent} Notice regarding servers being inaccessible due to a technical issue – Wednesday 1st Feb, 2017.

There is a technical issue with the core switch that has impacted the accessibility of some of our servers, resulting in downtime.

Our DC team is working on it on high priority. We will keep you posted with periodic updates here.

The team is trying to resolve the issue. It may take up to three more hours.

Second Update : 6:00 PM

Some configuration and troubleshooting still going on with new hardware and it will take some more time. We are sorry for inconvenience.

We have fixed issue at core switch level and servers will be up soon.

Upgradation Time: The migration will start on, Friday, January 13th, 2017, at 10:00 PM IST and will be completed by Saturday, January 14th, 2017, till 2:00 AM IST.
